Aims & Scope

We have entered a networked world. A network is a complex and dynamical system comprising numerous interconnected subsystems. The notion of networks is influencing all kinds of disciplines, ranging from computer networks, power networks, biological networks to social networks. It is a great challenge to deal with the various complexities due to system scale. The strong focus of our journal is on the problems about forecast and control of the system dynamics, either qualitative or quantitative, along with the effective communication of information. Articles arising from dynamical, probabilistic, or evolutionary methodologies that seek the adaptive solutions for distributed computation problems with strong application backgrounds are particularly desired.
